Appreciate the thoughtful comments LP! I've put some serious time into this setup, not to mention $$. I love the colony of breeding guppies and ghost shrimp! Fresh healthy food source for him to stalk/hunt!

Update:

Busted out the tape measure & im reading almost 6"TL but more accurately he's prlly 5.5"TL. Funny cuz he still seems tiny to me but i guess that happens when you raise a baby fish from less then an inch!
