i just read this company does most of its bussiness on ebay somebody report him as a scam and go on the ebay forums and make the same report ebay dosent like fraudulent sellers..
also spam his email and asks for Quotes this ties up vaulable time and maybe a virus or the endless email might crash his computer..

I think the only way to report a seller is by leaving neg feedback, AFTER you have bought something, which would suck.

Rich seems to use different names. I'm just waiting for the courts to get back to me and let me know my court date. I don't believe for 1 second that Rich wants to repay me at this point. I've heard lies for the last 9 months.

I think the guy I talked to didn't know much about it but when he saw my email he sounded like he genuinely wanted to help. He did tell me that you aren't the only one who got ripped off, the theif took a lot more money than that, but that does not affect their liability to you. I don't think everyone over there is a crook, but it sounds like maybe the owner and a few of his minions are.

Well, if you have to go to court to get your money, they deserve this thread. There have been more than 2200 views, all by people that are interested in large fish, i.e. potential customers. I am sure we have had an impact on their business.

well i now know to stay away from there when i get the money for a monster tank. sorry for all the crap ur goin through.....that sucks i live in the wv panhandle originaly from cambridge ohio so i'll make sure i spread the word to every fish keeper i know in ohio and wv. and believe me thats ALOT of people. btw is that the dublin in franklin county or the dublin in mahoning county?

I hate to bump old threads, but how did it work out? It's good to see people sticking up for each other like this. Reading this make me deffently not buy a tank from him, and I'm going to but one in the next year.
