Guys, especially Ewurm, since his business is run off ebay, email ebay admins and send copies of the emails and details of the situation so they shut him down.

Atleast this way his most profits will go to loss, definitely deserves this.

Ok guys, here is the way to settle this, it involves no email campaign or lawyer someone cannot produce.

First has anybody seen the cancelled check? I need a scanned copy of the front and back of the check posted on here, have your buddy block out his acct number and address, I do need the microprinting on the bottom of the check that shows the check # and the amount of the check.

There are two things to prove, if Aquart cashed the check or if the check was stolen, if it was stolen then you have a forgery of endorsement, and contrary to an earlier post the owner of the business would not be liable for a stolen check, the bank that cashed it would be.


Let's see if we can get that check.

I cancelled my call for help awhile ago. I appreciate everyones support and help trying to get my money back but this individual has threatened people and appears to be somewhat less than stable. I don't want to see anyone get hurt on my behalf. This is going to be a long legal battle for me and I will let everyone know the outcome. I do know that keeping my money has caused a "headache" for him. Thanks again
