If he has a fish business, then as others have said, you have a verbal contract (legally binding, as long as you can prove it, emails etc...).

LOL yeah my Rio Negro Orinos 3 of 15 in the country are a dime a dozen. So are my Ceara Kelberi 2 of 20... I'm sure these aren't just some LFS Cichla.

Sounds scammy to me...like that person knew exactly what they were doing. Getting you hooked on the fish, you are preparing to get them, and now the price is going up...certainly some people would pay the extra to just to get it over and get the fish. I don't think you should! Walk away!

You should atleast tell us what kind of pbass and size so we can tell you if your getting ripped off before he even upped the price. Sorry but it sounds like you don't really know to much about the transaction your doing, otherwise you would have told him to shove them up his ass like i would have.

pbass are cheap when young, and grow right before your eyes. There is absolutely no point in purchasing anything bigger than 3 inches unless its an absolute steal.

They have a 15inch tem at my lfs for 100$

they dont magically speed grow in a week when above 3" and maybe he wants big ones so they wont become food.
