You are not wrong. He is not wrong. Only way to settle it if you are not comfortable with the sale is to just walk away. The seller knows that you can do this also. He is not being unfair. He probably had second thoughts of selling them at that price.

When both parties agree on a price and agree to the terms...then it is a contract.

I would NEVER do that to someone, no-one should.

Not to derail, but I live in Clifton Park (15 mins away). Let me know if you ever want to split the shipping costs on a vendor purchase.
