Hello, just wondering if a pleco and a ropefish are compatible in a 150 gallon aquarium?

Yes. Depending on the pleco. Rubber lip and bristlenose are safe. The pterygoplichthys sp are noted for sucking on fish.

Make sure the pleco has plenty of food, as long as that is happening you shouldn't have problems
