we invested to much money time effort and we love our fishes to have them all infected with ich the thought of it made us panick

cant already medicated the whole tank and its gona be extremely hard to catch the 4 seeing as it a 7 feet tank 30" height and width and has lots of hiding places

The ick is already in your yank, so quarantining only spotted fish will do nothing.
The ick parsite is microscopic and can be on the inside of the gill membrane, it also has a dormant stage in the substrate.
Do not turn off filters, their are dormant ick parasites in the media, those must be killed, or as soon as you turn the filters back on, you reinfect the fish.
To bring the salinity of a 325 gal tank high enough to kill ick you will need 10 lbs of salt.
Just because you can't see spots does not mean ick is gone.
You may need to treat 3 weeks to a month to kill all cysts.

I have had good luck with just changing temperature to 86*f (30*c) and adding a bit of aquarium salt. Water changes can't hurt either. I also dose a little bit of quick cure, which I believe is different from methylene blue... never killed my bacteria with this.
Best of luck, let us know how it's going

Hi gourami swami am I glad u r here so I just have 2 questions how much salt do I add since I have clown loaches catfishes and several l number plecos there and second do I turn all my filters on or turn one off to preserve bacteria?

As duanes said, you would need quite a bit of salt for the salt itself to kill the ich. 2-3 teaspoons per 5 gallons is a decent estimate of what is used to treat ich, that would mean at least 130+ teaspoons. If you add salt I would do it slowly over the course of a couple days.

There is a good amount of research showing that ich cannot reproduce at temperatures above 85*f, so you might not need the salt at all if your temp is set at 30*c.
I would recommend you do a large water change to remove the methylene blue, turn on all your filters, keep the temp at 30*c, and wait it out. In a couple days if the ich is spreading, start adding the salt and keep the temp up. This should work to kill the ich within a week or two.
