the Undulated i kept in there a week and the blue Jaw will be close to 2 weeks when I put him in the Main Tank I guess i thought 1 week was long enough I will wait at least two from now on thank you for the advice.

Good move. Sorry I forgot how much time had passed on the damsel. The other thing with QTing longer is that you don't stress the bacterial population because you aren't introducing fish as fast. Helps the bacteria build up so that you tank doesn't go into a mini-cycle.

Hope everything worked out the other day...last thing I am going to add to my 125g is a velvet damsel who has gotten huge since I took him into work, he is like three inches long!

I have a new dilemma I have most of the pvc glued and started to set up the overflow box with 1" clear vinyl tubing well the angle from the back of the stand to the intake on the sump is so tight that it is kinking the vinyl tubing. Is there a way to fix this or a different type of tubing I can buy?

Help

I'm not totally sure about your question.

I remember that your going to jamiaca soon, once your equipment is set up you should monitor it for leaks like slow drips, the level of water on your sump, overall just wAtch it so when you go to jamiaca you won't come back to a mess.

Hmmm. The kinking is definitely a problem. How much PVC pipe did you attach to the bulkheads of the overflow box before the adapter for the flex hose?

I am surprised that the turn is that tight. If you can make the PVC pipe part I am referring to any smaller that will help.

Any other piping, like PVC pipe for this part with greatly reduce flow and we should try to find a way for the flex hose to work.

Unfortunate that you had to incorporate the 90 degree piece, but it will work, albeit somewhat slower.

I am glad it is coming along and almost ready to use though!!

So the Sump is Full and running albeit Not sure 100% properly seems like the rerun pump might be too strong for the amount of water coming from the overflow box.

now I put a DSB in the Fuge area what else should I put in there for filtrations assistance?

Should there be some sort of media in each chamber?

All help is needed and appreciated.
