OMG i got tears in my eyes 
he was FIVE years old and there doioing nothing but investigateing!! its the EFFING COP who did it not anyone else so sue the cop that did it!!

and just to add a little something i already hate cops enough but this is just to much if i was the dad i would have takein action but hey i guess thats y im always in trouble right.

Hang that moron paid administrative leave my foot. if I went squirrel hunting and missed and "circumstantially" my bullet pegged some kid id be on administrative awaiting sentencing leave. much less this genius thinks man its a brilliant idea to discharge a firearm randomly into the air. on second thought drag him then stone the string up the remains. cops like this guy are why decent police officers have such a hard time.
