Poor man's cheetah

I didn't even know you could keep those as pets. They seem so unstable. I didn't know this before this past summer, but they're not a dog or a cat species. They are actually their own species. I saw one at an exotic animal show at the zoo this summer.
 
the hyena? yeah thats crazy even by my standards.
i like that pet store but they most likly are out of buiseness. they havnt updated in over 2 years. but they had sloths!! awesome

the only problem with these cats I can see is getting the permit, along with the high cost of food, the danger for other pets, and then the antivenin you would need to keep around. I know that their toxins are not too powerful to humans but the saliva is closely related to komodos and it can chew that into you fairly quick. At least have a few vials around just incase a kid got bit. A few of them could take down an elephant easy.
