Do not get over excited and put fish in an uncycled tank. Give it time you will save money and not to mention the poor fish you threw in the tank to early.

Dont ever let anyone els near your tank, it always ends badly, if your having a party at your house drape your tank in a blanket and stand in front of it with .45ACP or larger weapon to make sure everyone respects the "dont touch" sign that somone always decides dosent apply to them. oh yea, get your own test kit...common they are like25-30 bucks for a master kit and they last for a year easy, and research everything you are thinking of doing it will save you $ and time in the end.
