Why does it look like in almost half the pics there is a ghost shrimp on top or near a snail. Do they eat something off of them. I hope its not a stupid question. I never really kept either one before and never looked into them. I think I might start a snail tank out of that 20 gal. I have in the basement now.

most of the pics are during feeding time when everyone comes out of hiding. The shrimp do clean the snails shells as well.
