This is GREAT! The more channa are portrayed in a positive light the better! Even if oyu dont live in NY get on the phone, send emails and write letters to your representatives about this. An outright ban on tropical channa species is not needed and trust me, like we do in the gun lobby, bombarding your reps WILL get notice!!!
 
Likely no, this country is run by ,,,, who let off people like Micheal Vick early to go home and throw the book at people like this poor guy and his fish.

I mean come on 10 years, is he *really* gonna put it in a river now?

And it wouldn't live anyway, it's to cold where he lives.

or just ship it over here to the uk we can keep these fish no problems at all, i just sold 2 myself a few months ago
