another thing .. i looked at your past post ... $1400 for a pbass ... looks like someone is trying to pull a profit .. also you have had many many fish up for sale ... why is that?? maybe you have fish you dont want .. or cannot keep anymore .. or you just want to do something different ..

should you not care for them for life ... maybe i could go out and buy a bunch of puppies and then sell them when they get bigger .. make a profit .. and change it up ..

your ideas jump all over the place .. and seem to change each time your on the other side of the fence ..

~ $1400 :) ( i have the right to set any price i want , so dont flame me xD )

maybe you should send all profit the the person you picked the fish up from .. since they are who really deserves it ..

I think of it more being a "group buy" but your just waiting for people to pick them up....but if you mean over stocking by like jamming 200 "x" fish into a small tank and don't give the **** on how many survives....then that is just wrong.....but you don't exacly make money in this hobby you just upgrade on stuff.....also it helps some others get the fish they want at a good price.

honestly ive driven hours to spend more money to buy fish i could got easly from petco for cheaper but id rather give the money to someone who isnt a big business. i have no problem buying many fish and selling them off as long as they are better off now then they were.

thats the nature of the fishtrade. the owner has to overstock to make a profit.they would go bust in a season if they stock their tanks with just 6 fishes in a 55g tank . . . running filters/heaters and feeding the stock isnt cheap.

everyone's scenario is different, one may purchase an excess amount of x fish for particular shape, sex, and or markings/patterns, it is now wrong for that buyer to sell off a particular amount of x fish, that may be of interest to other hobbyist? I mean this is a hobby right? no one has a forcing hand and telling you to buy something you don't want, IMO who cares, by all means this is a hobby.

Hey where is this profit in buying a fish slightly cheaper then selling for slightly more.

I provide the house that the tank is located in - this means rent or a mortgage payment.

I pay for the water, electricity, food and time for these fish.

So I really dont see much profit in it - just trying to recoup my money and hand pick the keepers for myself.

ITS WRONG AND RIGHT AT THE SAME TIME BECAUSE IT TAKES SOME EXTRA MONEY TO TAKE KARE OF THEM

also if anything happens it's on you.....you are holding these fish for the most life threatening time from being shipped, small, and the more number of the fish the higher the chance of being deaths
