Ah 17', thats 5+ meter. Nice.
I was a little reserved posting my latest addition, but thanks you all.
He ate three mice since his arrival, and just now I handled him he was a lot stronger.
He slept a couple of days, so I think hes rested now.
And active. Wauw.
Yesterday I was at my LRS and asked for five mice.
Couldn't suppress a squeal seeing ten little live red eyes looking back at me. Five live mice? Too much!
So I took one.
Gave him a little cage with some rabbit food and a tiny cup of water.
Fed him later the same day.
And saw a genuine strangling, and a drink afterwards. Wauw.
Right now Im typing this Im seeing my Tegu eating his first (formerly frozen) mouse.
He he. Took him long. Bit spoiled I guess.
Dunno what hes doing. Rough eater, kinda Crocodile like head shakes.
Also wauw.
Anyway, here some pics of the terrarium of my Burmese Python, called Bir:
Placed it high in my livingroom. Gotta stand on the couch to see.
And thats exactly what Ive been doing last days.
Reason for the high place are the winters here in Holland.
And even in summertime nights can be chilly. For me
and my herps!
Inside his vivarium an inhuman humidity. I almost like it.
Ill keep you posted on his development.
