Question about filtering a 400 Gallon Tank

you may have told me this already - but do u pull threw the filter? or do you push water threw the filter? Dose the Pump go B4 the filter or after? I am thinking B4 - Thanks, Arkangel77

Just started to work out the pluming, stuff is Just stuck together lightly while I was laying it all out. The Double barb lines are for the 2 FX5splum1.jpg plum3.jpg plum2.jpg

I’m super sorry I missed this question! Please tag or quote me and I won’t miss it. You have to push water through the filter. Pulling would not work & would kill the pump eventually.

I am sorry JK47 , I actually read the manual and it explained it in there =). Who would have thought lol. Thanks for the reply Sr!

got her all hooked up but had to unplug the Reeflo Pump. that thing is making so much noise its crazy. when it sits on the stand its horrible - but if I hold it in the air a but its fine .... May have to relocate it onto the floor outside the stand - or a bag a rice under it - or something

I use strips of rubber mats to absorb the reverberations. These are nearly silent and running on floating 3/4” ply so they would be super loud otherwise. Hope that helps. I have a about 60’ liniar feet left. LMK if you can’t find anything else and I’ll find a way to get you some.
