I agree w/ apistomaster.
I like LARGE discus, so I raise them in a small tank until they are 4-5" then put in a 75gal and keep the regimine of feeding and water changes up. I do 50% twice weekly in the 75. ijust add dechlor at w/c time. I have NO problem raising beautiful LARGE discus. Before their untimely demise ( see my thread) some were as old a 6 years.
