Good call going the wet pet route instead of African community!
I'm probably going to do an African cichlid community in a month or so. I'm in the middle of cycling my 135 and I'll be moving my south Americans to that tank. I might use that tank as an African community. I have a 90 in the garage that I've also been planning to restore.Good call going the wet pet route instead of African community!
I like a big old amphilophus, very rewarding fish to keep, just remember at that size alot of cichlids are big babies when it comes to being moved, it could take him a few weeks to start eating and couple of months to settle in and show his true personality.
Malawi or Tanganyika or Malagasy or West Africa?
It's funny Malawi overall are my least favorite but yellow labs are one of my favorite all time fish.Probably Malawi. I love yellow labs.
There's a guy here selling a beautiful frontosa but he wanted 50 bucks for it. If he dropped the price then I would do Tanganyika tank. It's funny Malawi overall are my least favorite but yellow labs are one of my favorite all time fish.
Yeah I emailed him a couple of times but he hasn't budge on price. He hasn't had any takers for over a month now though. It's beautiful and about 6 inches.I believe they do much better in groups too. Frontosa are expensive.
