i'll try for more pix, but it usually hides in that same spot plus I don't have my tripod right now so it's hard to get a pic w/o flash. I'm hoping the balas will work as dithers, but I have a feeling that I'm going to need bigger one and they're going to be an expensive snack, lol

I got a couple 5-6"+ balas today and I'll get more when I see them. It's also going to have more new tankmates on Monday (2 small hystrix, a male and a female)

last night after the balas were in for a while, the armatus was swimming around for the first time in front of me. I was so ecstatic. It still usually stays behind the filter inlet, but it ventures out a lot more. About damn time.
