Do you use a water conditioner?

Even when you use water conditioner it won't help if they all of a sudden double or tripple dose with chlorine.

I knew exactly how much conditioner i needed and when they upped the dose one cycle it didn't take enough out, now i add at least double the conditioner concentrate
