comparing dovii sizes to oscars is a freakin joke. oscars rearely hit 14" + and dovii have the ability of reaching 2 feet. with 14" reached sometimes in the first year. the minimum id say for an adult dovii is 18". heres a 25" male in a 600 gallon that is actually cared for properly and how dovii are supposed to be kept. just an fyi that femle and smaller male are about the size of an adult oscar at about 13" or so for a size comparison

what percentage of oscars reach that size?? 100% of male doviis can reach 18"+ with most adult males that are cared for properly reaching 20"+ comparing oscars to dovii is a complete joke
