Is there any scientific proof as to whether or not you should or shouldn't feed raw or cooked? So far, I just see opinions and I'd like to know an actual answer. I don't see the downside of boiling shrimp for a few minutes, in fact I only see it as being a positive. It can kill bacteria. The only negative is that it could reduce some of the nutrition. I feed my Puffer raw shrimp only because I thought cooked was bad. But it would make my life a lot easier if I could just boil it for a couple of minutes and put in the fridge and not have to worry about thawing it every night.
