Huh neat. So kinda like how bluegill can cross with small mouth and make a green sunfish.White bass are panfish shaped stay relatively small. Stripers are huge in comparison. both can be hybridized to produce "wipers" but they are infertile.

Yeah my gfp here always told me to just kill em because they were a hybrid fish that was out competing the native sunfish species. Never really killed any on purpose but sometimes couldn't be helped when they swallowed the hook. Only fish I ever caught and killed were asain carp in the river out here. Them carp are everywhere now and it sucks.Really? That's surprising
