We would just sit in front of the tree and wait or poke around the presents. We also always got to open up a smaller one Christmas Eve. We always had a "together" gift too, I had a brother.
My GF was the same way. Never had real, so it's normal to not even think of a real tree.Camshaft Ramrod;4661683; said:Our family only had fake due to my mom being allergic. Or was it my dad? Hell, I don't know. Now I just do it out of habit.

LOL we don't give nor get presents. We don't really celebrate anything. On Halloween, we don't put up decorations or give out candy. We don't go easter egg hunting. We didn't make anything this last Thursday. We don't even really celebrate birthdays, either. We make make the person's favorite meal on that day, but we rarely give gifts and we never throw parties. I know, we're weird. But since I've never actually participated in any of that stuff, it doesn't actually feel like we're missing out on anything. Maybe when I move out I'll start doing more holiday stuff.![]()
