Real or Fake

Um they look fake to me when enlarged, particularly the house ferns and the palms, but i have to admit that is one fine looking tank. the colors are striking to look at.

When my fish wont allow live plants i like to use the silk ones they look the most real

I hate to say it but these don't look real to me!

I would say a well groomed planted tank wins hands down any day! Real or nothing in MHO

I love real plants. Most fake plant's look fake. Where do you find real looking ones?

live plants are better looking , but fake plants are easier to manage, so it depends what you want to put in it, to get out of it

I prefer live but I have a brown thumb,most plants dont survive my care.So I have plastic,silk and real plants.

I prefer real plants but my fish won't let me have them. I put them in, the fish tear them up. I'm constantly gathering up the stalks floating on the top and replanting them until they die or are shredded. Now have a mix of plastic and silk weighted down with environmentally friendly non lead sinkers. The fish can move them but they can't float them. (the fish have also been known to throw around mid sized resin ornaments also)
