I really depends on the quality of the fish & what region you live in.
ie:
In the US EBJD cost $5. I paid $40 for the same fish @ 0.75".
If you got the fish from a reputable dealer it could help get you more $$$.
I say you cruise our classifieds & get an idea of what others are selling them for.
Then find a currency calculator, & do some number crunching.
Post pix to give us some idea of what your working with.

I'm aware of 1.5" to 2" festae costing around $20. So, based on that, I'd say double it, and say... maybe $40? This is, of course, assuming it is a nice, healthy fish.

I'd pay up to $50 depending on the condition of the fish. Festae are hard to find and very slow growers.

$40 was cheap for me, they usually cost $75-$99, but the dealer is a reputable one & one who I deal with often.
Festae cost anywhere from $75-$99(@ LFS) depending on the quality.
We don't see them too often around here either.
About a month ago, I bought 2 wild caught festaes that were in the country for a week. Fish were from Ecuador. $35 each. All of them were around 5-6inches.
