Definitely region, I live in Fresno (Central Calif) and Festaes are extinct as far as sales and availability goes. No LFS knows how to get them, most of them don't even know what a Festae/Red Terror is. So I sell my 1.5" for $25 and this is VERY reasonable...remember there are NO Festaes and No one knows how to acquire them. Except through mail or travel 3 hours to get them, which equals $50-$90 shipping or $80-$120 in gas.

Quality too, Petsmart sells EBJD for $9.99 and I won't buy them.
