He's probably actively searching for the driftwood.

Maybe I just want him to be really active I think once he realizes I'm not going to put the wood back he'll just get over it(I hope)
And stay active he's eating in front of me now

I measured him he's 7 and a half :0
I was thinking of that you think I should starve him for a week and a half ? And do you think I should take out the driftwood since all he does is hide under it I can see him but I want him to be active

My Chubby Purple chills underneath a rock all day LOL, Untill some food goes right near his face. it will eat it! It has gotten real lazy. It used to beg for pellets and silversides, now its just a exploded hot dog LOL.

I finally found a name for him shadow..I'm glad I took out the driftwood he's my all time fav
Well i currently have him on dried plankton,market shrimp,minnows once a mnth,bloodworms,and crickets he loves he's crickets

Mine is chill only aggressive wen feeding so for me I know he'll kill he's tankmates I will try a bichir and hope it all goes well
