It looks like Acaricthys heckelii with tumors on their heads. 
A. heckelii should not develop that under natural circumstances. The iridescent spots on the body and the long, trailing red extensions on the dorsal are otherwise indicative of the species.

I am also interested in them, The store should be getting them in on sunday. I was able to find a video of them and just one website thats chinese that only has pictures.

Looks like some hybrids or genetically modified fishes. Don't know how, but sure looks like it.
