Hello everybody, I have a 5cm redtail catfish, 10cm redtail catfish, 17cm black ghost knife fish and 11cm endli.

Please do not worry about their tank sizes cause its big enough for now and I'm buying new tanks.

I'm just wondering how much i should feed them. Like how many meat-based pellets do each of them eat. Or like how many grams of prawn meat do they eat a day? Or any units, like 1cm cube or something?

I'm also wondering how small do i nid to cut them into for each fish? Like i think the black ghost knife fish can't eat big pieces right? What about endlis? I think they can eat whole pieces right?

Small so it can fit into their mouths. You don't want them choking. They are all still pretty small, but if they were the same size, the endli and rtc have bigger mouths than the bgk.

If you could, feed two times a day, but if not, feed how much they can eat in 3 or so minutes. It could be more or less.

I agree. I know you said not to bring it up, but its for the well being of the fish. Brandy have you looked into another tank? Because they're already should be in something bigger than a 5g. Can you buy even a 55g? That will last them a couple of months before they outgrow it and then can be introduced into your pond? I'm concerned about them becoming stunted in such a small tank.

You have the endli and rtc's in different tanks right? If not, you could cut that endli into small bits and make it easy for the larger rtc to eat him, cause he's probably going to anyways.

Wait a 5gallon?

when i had my red tail i used to feed him earthworms which he absolutley loved, they love all live worms...he didn't go after fish...the endli i would do a mixture...they seem pretty hard to feed and honestly i don't know what to feed the ghost knife off top head i forget what i gave mine.

btw...the major problem you're going to have is the red tail is a really active eater and the other two not as much...he's likely to eat untill buldgin before he even gives the guys a chance...where as units for the actual fish man that's like impossible to tell...

btw to the guy who said "do you ahve a enough money for a 55" those fish are about $100 here to get even at that size so finding a use 55 for 60-70 shouldn't be too crazy honestly...

i did some awful stuff too cuz i didn't know better...just realize honestly u need to get a tank asap...just start looking everywhere for one...worst case get a plastic tote and if u want a clear one that's doable...a used filter and put it in a room where u can keep the temp higher (78 or so)

totes for 50 gallons are like $20 and that would easily do alright for 3-4 months while ur looking for a big tank.

The reason i said atleast a 55g. Is because in his other thread he is going to grow them out in a 5g until they're big enough for his 400g pond. Which won't work obviously because its too big of a gap. Also, he said he was practically broke in his other thread. Also, he is in the philippines and the fish over there are probably only $20 max over there.

oof didn't read that...get a tote then man it'll work just fine...just any plastic container that carries 50 gallons or so should be good for a bit.
