All of a sudden i'm worried about your black ghost knife...
yea even w/ everyday water changes i really don't think the endi or the knife have a chance red tails seem super hardy though

Thanks for the link. On one side I can see where answering the guys question would be quite helpful in preventing this from happening again. But just when I want to start taking that route the shock factor kicks in
i 1/2 see ur point...but i was told in my tank which i thought was a 120 apparently a 90 gall...red tail cat, 2 rect rays, and a some other fish would be fine
as long as one day i would upgrade to a 300

dude that tank was so overstocked it's absurd...i had no idea no let me know...i mean bluntly all of his fish are gonna die soon...prob the knife, then the endli, the the red tail regardless a 55 will hold him off but w/ o cash get a tote or a plastic container they need something too move around in.

Thanks for all the advice guys, before i say anything else, I just wanted to clarify that I'M NOT FROM PHILLIPINES. What made you think that? I'm from Singapore....

And, I bought a new tank today (I'll put up some photos of it like when I'm done with my projects... hate them, u wanna help?)

Urmm, let me just tell you all a bit about the arrangement.
The 2 red tail catfishes are together with the black ghost knife (I was thinking about putting the smaller RTC with the endli but since somebody said something against it, oh well)
The endlis ( oh by the way I bought a new endli today also! Its about 8 cm?) are together with a 7cm marbled goby?
And my other tank has like 2 silver fins or whatever its called and 1 black thing with red fins about 6-8cm each?

The dimensions of the new tank are (I broke my ruler the other day so i'm approximating it now) 50cm by 30cm by 40cm. (I'll give u exact calculations when I buy a new ruler or i walk to the storeroom to get the measuring tape).

But since some of you bummers simply have to berate me over my tanks, I'll have to just move my fishes to the 500g tanks.... (Fine big meanies, force me to work!) Just wondering, what should I use to cover those holes leading to the filter? I was thinking something like cloth with smaller holes (Don't know what it's called) but just wanted to ask for some advice and what should I use to attach the cloth to the holes?

PS: My pictures and exact dimensions shall be in my next post

Oh ya... and screw that guy who called me poor (hope this doesn't get me banned)
Only I can call myself poor, you don't have the awesomeness yet!
And it's not like I'm some working guy or something, I'm only 13!

Well ok, I've finally taken out the measuring tape, the tank with some silver fins is 12g.
Tank with endlis is 7.29g =)
Tank with black ghost and catfishes is 8.75g
Big tank is 320g ... haha
Pond is 2m by 1m by I'm not going to stick my measuring tape into the pond, probably 1.5m tall(i got that by standing in there a long time ago)? approximately 1500g

Omg i finally realized how puny my tanks are ... haha.

By the way, a question you all need to answer before I transfer my fishes is, how are my fishes gonna fight with the giant gouramis inside my big tank for food? ...They are so puny!

Pictures in another post.

Ok these are the photos, I'm really lazy to move my fishes... But i shall....

On the condition that you guys tell me a few reasons why we should keep history and not do away with it, haha

ok to me...because you don't want to grasp all of this at once it seems...the red tail cat is the worst off fish...the ghost knife isn't active and if you get a tube for him he's fine in a smaller tank thank compared to a lot of fish...the bala needs room and the rtc needs a ton of room not only is he active...but he's going to grow 3-5x's quicker than another fish you have...he'll go from 9cm-20cm in 2 months if u feed him right...so watch out get him somewhere right 1st then move others around him if it was me and i was in a pinch.

btw the pond looks good for the catfish later on...i don't know if balas can go in ponds but like wide spaces does that pond stay hot year round?
