The guy who got my last one was going to provide it a nice tank and all but I really dont think he knew the significance of where these came from or the fact they were F1. Oh well, at least the fish will be well cared for.

Ive raise this guy with a tankmate and so far its been working but I watch carefully for any issues. His Rhino pleco tankmate:

DMD123 does the rhino plec always have that coloration? I've seen them in one shop ever and the tank was pretty dimly lit so I couldn't really tell, it's quite beautiful

He changes color a lot. Not sure if those are ‘stress’ colors but every now and then he flaunts the two toned pattern.

They're I acquired a male and female from Max cichlids ending of 2019. No spawn yet sonce they were separated, but hopefully by the end if December as I focus more on them since I seen alot of people into this location variant.

No real changes in the fish, about 9" at a guess and for some reason always had the 'dirty' stripes showing on its sides
