I like ropefish but my wife is terrified of snakes lol.
that's fair. I am too. But magpie magpie 's also grew on me. Maybe if you show her some pics, over the days, she will want some too! What does she think of your polys?

Not in to Ljs so no there. I worry about this decision based mostly on the Teug. My Delz have been with polys they could have eaten now and no issues so not really worried about them. Biggest cichlid I have isn't an issue and if I get another cichlid its gonna be an electric blue acara like 5" max on them don't think it'll be an issue. Ctenopoma could be a problem I always "underestimate" him. Ive seen him look at the smaller polys like he might try it but then I think he sees the whole picture and realizes he cant eat that so he doesn't try I don't know.

And yes magpie magpie yours are the exact reason I want to get 3 or more. Hes got these at $14, lately I haven't seen them cheeper then $20 around here. I have no idea if wild caught or not but I figure if he'll hold them for a week or so for me good QTing. They will go right in the 180 when they get here for a couple weeks while they get adjusted and the tank acclimates to something in it, then i'll start moving everyone over a couple at a time.

Still undecided.......

I think they're pretty much all WC. Not positive but remember hearing that.

Maybe someone else can comment on the Teug factor? I don't hear about them eating other polys that often... maybe I'm wrong.

But, come on. They are so cute!

All rope are wild caught. Usually by soap to draw the fish out. Not a nice method but effective one. Ya, for those who get 2 or 3. Will mostly be because of magpie magpie . Her videos are so enticing.

Ropes are $12 @10" at one lfs. Most when i see them are closer to 18-20 each
