Well I hate to say I knew it would happen but........ I didnt think it would happen this way :screwy:

My one RTC is about 18-20" now and so was my TSN. The RTC has been sizing up the TSN for a few months now periodically grabbing him by the side or the tail, but I figured its near impossible to catch him let alone eat him. I was wrong. My RTC grabbed the TSN by the tail the other day and wouldnt let go, when the TSN got free it swam like a absolute nutcase and smashed himself all up, He hit the glass at about 350mph and pretty much died instantly  Funny thing is as he was dieing the RTC didnt want anything to do with him :screwy: I say it all the time......Unless you have a HUGE body of water, in the end you will end up with only one RTC :D

RIP......TSN

That sux he was a beauty too. R.I.P.

TSN's are notorius for swimming into glass anyways so I started keeping mine in a oval pond. its alot harder to ram the side on a curve. I had a TSN once hit a tank so hard his nose bent up at almost a 90degree angle. It died shortly after.

aw man that sucks sorry for your loss

That sucks! Sorry for your lost. And I thought that TSNs and RTCs got along. :(

sorry for your loss
it was a real nice one
and now i am definitely moving my RTCs to the pond once they hit the 10" mark
