RTC Heavy Breating and Wont Eat

Good right now. Loving the pond...some of my stuff for the indoor pond should be here on Tuesday!! So I can start to set up the main parts, then I have to wait for filter. I might just make one like I have seen people make on here when they are tight on cash. I have been working a little bit more lately, Thank God! So hopefully I will have some extra cash to throw around that. But He is doing well!

Great to hear ur cat is doing well.. try to keep him in ur fren's pond for the time being.. and round up the stuff u need to finish up ur very own pond.. keep the fish well yeah..?? i am sure things will be alright.. jus keep in mind that u might probably have to upgrade agn in the near future.. i would give it a year or two max in that pond..

Ok So my swimming pool came in today that I am using for the indoor pond, So I set it up filled it with water added some treatment, now im just waiting for the Filter and the pump to arrive! Im making progress both should be here by the end of the week! I am super excited about it, I have a 285watt water bed heater under the pool atm to try and get the heat up, being that coming out of the garden hose it is sitting at 60 degrees right now. So Within a couple weeks He will be in his new home, and I couldnt be more excited about it!

Halfway through filling it up!
Im going to leave the water level here until he gets a little bit bigger and then top it off, hopefully by then will have it built in...gives us another reason to fix the walls in the basement so im not the only one that will want to sit down there and watch the fish!

I don't have a pond liner in the pool because it is brand new and I sprayed it out before setting it up, to make sure there wasn't any kind of residue on it!
This is all for the time being, working with what I can get right now...Im going to the LFS this weekend to talk pumps and filters, these were the cheapest I could get my hands on at this point in time. Needed to do something and made it happen!

This is a pump your going to want to start with. Comes with a warranty too. Eventually you will maybe want 2 of them. You want to put this inside a 55g plastic tub and put another tub on top of the pump and drill holes. Then fill the whole container with gravel or bio material, then sponge. Then put the top on with holes drilled in the top and cut an exit port for the output.
