Gettin excited today guys im working next to two quality fish shops going both in my dinner obviously

haha lucky you i have to take a bus to my lfs but there a great shop getting rare fish in often and cheap while taken really good care of there fish

let me know if your lfs ever gets tarpon in stock. I've started calling around but nobody seems to have any at the moment...

I haven't seen a longtom in a lfs in quite some time. When you ask around, you'll get used to hearing "they're a liability because they die too easily" which is true. I can't explain why I haven't come across any tarpon though lol

Just been in one shop basically I could have spent £1000s just on cats , that's without aros , bass , plecs , wolf fish and snakeheads , everything is pricey and mostly wild caught and all healthy stock the only thing they had what I can afford was tsn or red wolfs and I've got a red wolf that's miles more colourful that those

there was a guy on gumtree in sydney with a couple of tarpon

I doubt it. $100 ea for aussie tarpon is steep even at full size
