Haven't been home since monday morning. Might go home today to see how things are with the fry.

I have lost of the fry, I believe it's because they were not eating enough, so my friend who has bred cichlids told me I should get a breeder box, so I removed the last 21 fry to the box today.

I don't know, they both looked like silver saum when I bought them, but sincethen the male has colored up orange, and the females front half is still silver, while the tail and back half of her dorsal are yellow,which I've seen before in other gt's out there.

Both.

I want to grow them out to verify for myself that the SB trait is genetic and not the cruel use of chemicals, etc...

I have also always wanted to breed fish as a hobby and maybe make a small amount of money to help offset the cost of my hobby :)
