sp. yepezi or sp peru depending on who you talk to. are fairly large rays
(20" plus) but i would not quote there eventual size as not much is known. someone on here had a lovely yepezi that he grew on from fairly small but i cannot remember who it was.
whatever ray you go for i would stick at just a pair in the six foot.
i had three motoros in my 5 foot with 2 fluval fx5s and an internal with a polyfilter. and i was doing daily 30% water changes.
2 rays will produce less waste than three making your life easier and also allowing room for other fish if you wanted. Retics are great rays once you get them eating and wean them off bloodworm when they are big enough. I know they are just a "brown ray" but if you get one with a full tail they are stunning. i personaly dont think they are harder to keep than any other ray. it is just they are often in a lot worse state when they come into the country due to how small they are. and you could keep a pair in your size tank for life.
