I'm sure your intentions are all well and good, but surely shouldnt you be promoting pro-active research?

Planning ahead is the best thing to do, especially with animals such as rays.

All these ?s before jumping in at the deep end is much better than getting a tank, getting a ray - then asking the questions, which seems to happen far too often on this forum!

right i have been lookin for new aryilc tanks , i though i will tell you guys becuase i think he price of good. 60x30x18 inhces tank(10mm) for 250 pound and 80 for deilvery, here the website http://www.fistafiltration.co.uk/ the cheapest i got so far

I wouldnt worry to much about the weight. I have a 6x2x2 in my bedroom on the second floor with no problems. You HAVE to find out about what joists you have in your house and then talk to an engineer. I talked to several and never had one protest but then again i'm on an outside wall across 4 joists so...
