What is a retics? From what I have read, I thought tea cup basically referenced a certain size of ray, not necessarily a type or species? Thank you for the venders, I will definatly look into them....

teacup is a term for size.... 9 out of 10 times its a reticulated ray its referred too.... alex @ fishroomplus also has the orbgyna (sp?) rays wich are not to bad looking when the hit the 8" mark and start to color up... my firend has one and its actually a nice ray....
For a heater, I use a Rena Smart Heater connected to one of my Rena XP3 cannister filters. It stays cool and has worked well for me so far (a couple of months). I also keep another heater in the sump. It is a good idea to keep two heaters in case one stops working. Redundant filtration is also a good idea. I have 3 cannister filters, 4 hyrosponge IV filters (mechanical) and a 60 gallon sump. You can't overfilter a tank.
And do lots of water changes (I do 30% every second day).
I have found my two motoro rays to be easy to keep with no problems so far (6 months). They eat a lot of market shrimp 3 times a day and like worms as well.
Theres are plenty of them... I know I am getting a Motoro, but even under this particular species there are like seven sub-species.... What is that about? How will I ever decide...lol
marbles cost a lil more because they have different paterns they are all the same though, just different paterns I would say go for a regular motoro before you spend to much money on something else
