When I was having aggression problems with mine everyone seemed surprised. Is the Palmas WC or CB?

There are no palmas either. Only dels :(

All the fish in the tank were WC, I struck lucky with my sen and the shipment time
 
Work out a payment plan with your dad then. When is your birthday - could it be an early bday present or a "this is my really early Christmas present"?

WC Dels are awesome - that's a great fish to be "stuck" with. Of course I'm not biased. ;)

Birthday is over 3 months away, for Christmas I'm hoping for help with a breeding tank for my shrimp but I'll have to see.

The prior shipment of sens was WC, I think this is a CB del

CB Dels are still cool and can have great patterning, plus don't tend to grow as large, which are all good for you.

I say ask your dad to get it for you for your birthday - tell him that's all you want, and you won't ask for anything else in 3 months. ;)

I have a choice to make now, I can either get the del or start my custom 35 gallon tank that I've been saving for, I have that much cash in hand. If I'm lucky I may have enough left over for both once I sort out my pocket money with the parents.

I'm torn as to what to do, may be a while till I find more polys and they may be too small, or I have to wait longer to start my build :( :(
 
I know it's exciting to start new things but I personally would put my money into a current tank vs. a new project.

But that's just me.

Yea. Two different lfs two different times both 59.99 for worms! Lol but they were cute as all get out id do it again .

I think I'm going to pass on a del for now. If anything worse happens with the sens that can't be fixed I'll have to sort it out another way :(

Thanks for the help guys. If my banking turns out in my favour I'll be out for one otherwise I'll need to wait a while

Hendre Hendre ... talk to Mom and Dad nicely..... maybe they will help now and you can settle with chores, projects, pocket money ..as you go along..

Just try... you have nothing to lose...

Tried that, November exams have a reward to them but that's some time away :(
