LC, just pick your bloody battles. You talked smack about someone, someone else responded to that. Don't bother fighting about something that will result in a ban.
Eco-Earth coconut fiber would be your best choice for substrate. As frogs breath and drink through their skin if there's anything in the soil they'll absorb it. As for the under tank heater you can use one but I would recommend placing it on the side instead of under the tank as Pacman love to dig and hide alot.
