Keeping reptiles on paper towel/tile/carpet etc where they don't have the ability to perform natural behaviors is similar to the zoos of yesteryear where everything from lions to elephants was just kept in a bare concrete cage with iron bars.

Just my opinion.

The dimensions you gave are for a 75 gallon. That will be adequate for a pair of adult collards only.

yeah there is hes just not doing it right a correct way would be like keeping shingle backs and beardies in some large tank silly
