Trying to get the design/mock-up for the overflow boxes finished for Wednesday. Settled in on this:
The front to back of the interior box is 1.75”. Low profile and no floor real estate lost.

The interior box will be secured and sealed with three 1.5” bulkheads. Designed it this way to use short bulkheads and not have excess hanging in the box. This helps avoid any noise.

The exterior box will be solvent welded to the tank itself. Designed the interior box 1.5” wider than needed in order to move the outer box bulkheads to the right. Centering the holes in the box as well. This should look much cleaner and more symmetrical from the the front.

When the return arrives Wednesday I’ll know how low the interior box need be drilled/mounted.
