last year i ordered a couple of fish from rapps and had them shipped by ups next day they arrived two days late but all the fish were in perfect condition, I ordered again in decemeber same shipping method and the fish came a day late sadly it didnt make it because of the cold weather

call them and tell them whats in the box and they need to get that truck to your house right away. once you do get them if there healthy and you still want your money back for shipping you need to call rapps and have him make the claim to fed ex. hope they all arrive well.
I'm gonna ask what everyone else did and seemed tpo be over looked. What did you order and how big. Hope everything goes good. I'm always to afraid to order live fish. One day ill try it

Any delays or issues caused by the post office, will be covered by the post office. It snowed today over here, likely causing the delay.

Sorry Folks my bad, I do not use Rapps (Gasp) so I do not know if he uses FedEx or USPS. Just trying to set the facts straight on the USPS, Sorry.

Ok tough guy, I made a mistake by reading the above post thefishguy7, I was trying to help him understand, What does Rapps Use? Maybe Both, my post is to help the guy IF it was USPS. Glad you were here to flame and not help, what would we do without great folks like you?
