Its definitely Herichthys, and leaning more towards carpintis. Cynos look more like they have been 'dusted' by blue specs, where as carps look more like they actually have larger 'diamonds/pearls' on them.

Really, this is getting a little ridiculous. Please keep the 'tudes in check.
