or motives? did she wanna marry him and he wanted to keep her as a side piece only? revenge?
 
I just heard this on Jimmy Kimmel...But supposedly she is being looked at by the police for extortion because she threatened to release the other 100 hours of recording if Donald Sterling didn't pay her a lot of money. Apparently Donald Sterling was not very happy because he does not like this kind of blackmail. Get it (black male)...ha ha...joke

If anyone didn't like this joke please write Jimmy Kimmel, lol. I just repeated this joke from tonight's show ;)
 
do you know what's her reason for the blackmail though?

was she angry at him for something? or was she just a gold digger from the beginning?
 
Who knows...Today TMZ released four different mugshots from like 2000,2002,2008 and 2010...(don't quote me on the years), but several arrests (not sure for what either) from the last decade. In every single one she had a different name and stated her race as hispanic in the first two arrests and then black in the last two. She has either used a different name or changed it...right after every time she has gotten arrested. She is cookoo!!! I mean sometimes the simplest answer is the right answer and it looks like she released it in retaliation to Shellie Sterling's lawsuit. Either way, I think she may be in way over her head. The TMZ videos of her are kinda funny though...just a weird chick.

Again, no one really knows the details and we may never know the WHOLE truth, but it's LA so I can't rule out sex, drugs, money and Rock n' Roll (or in this case Bas ket' Ball)
 
Sumo, sterlings wife was not happy to find out all the loot he had given stiviano, it was over 2 mill worth of a home, 3 or more high dollar cars +cash (IIRC, $200,000 or 250,000). it was community property. so he had asked her to give it back & she didn't like that. the wife has a lawsuit to get it back.
 
Except now her attorneys are claiming that the house, cars and cash were a gift. They are going to argue that a gift is in essence a transfer of property and can't be taken back. I know the deed to the house is in her name. But Mrs. Sterling's lawsuit claims that Donald's gifts came out of their shared property and that he basically had no right to give his girlfriend items of monetary value from community funds. So that's what Mrs. Sterling is trying to get back. Stiviano probably threatened to release these damaging recordings if Mrs. Sterling did not drop the lawsuit and was gonna use them as leverage. But once she released them (doesn't really matter how they got out, so long as the Sterlings believe it was her) and the damage was done (his being banned from the clippers) she really has lost a lot of leverage. If you have a live hostage, you can make demands, but once you kill your hostage...what do you have left to negotiate with. I think Mrs. Sterling is going to go after Stiviano rather aggressively, unless she can convince Donald Sterling it wasn't her who released the tapes. Disclaimer -This is all speculation on my part
