Should Donald Sterling be stripped of team ownership in the NBA?

You don't think the nba can make further rulings on moral clause? Im not sure they will but i know they can.

Its probably in her best interests to get divorced. Its hard to tell what their marriage even is. it reads like theyre married but separated but supposedly she was seen eating out with him the day he was banned. Could just be business but who knows.


Oh and donald already implied it was over money and the lawsuit when he said "i shouldve just gave her the money" to barbara walter

the NBA will most likely just not approve the "transfer" of ownership... they still have that power as owners of the franchise rights

there are lots of $$$$$$$ , tied up in that marriage , no telling how much she stands to lose or gain...

California laws already give her half of everything though. Its the real reason shes part owner. Same with the mccourts. Frank didnt actually give her part of the team.

Its why mrs sterling is sueing for the properties too. It was clearly given as a gift to V but shes entitled to half
