The old lady is nuts to argue the gifts came out of her share of cash. She should sue her dumb ass husband for giving that with out asking the ol'lady.

I feel like these Laws are being disected and squeezed so tight to try and find a crack in wording. Let it go, your perv husband blew money on sheman and had his heart exposed by her/him. You lose the gifts for being an idiot, end of story.

So true. If she just let it go, this would most likely not have happened. Compared to what this is going to cost them in lawyers, those gifts to Stiviano would have been a drop in the bucket. GREED....will be all their downfalls, lol

greed invariably ruins those that worship monetary gain... happens every time:)... think about all the country club kids that end up a total mess... if you are familiar with the "breed" you will notice they run about the same % as idiot child stars

"You think I'm a racist?" he says. "You think I have anything in the world but love for everybody? You don't think that! You know I'm not a racist!"

As evidence, Sterling cites his experience as president of a diverse high school in east Los Angeles. He also says of his management of the Clippers: "How can you be in this business and be a racist? Do you think I tell the coach to get white players? Or to get the best player he can get?"

Sterling says his feelings were hurt by Magic Johnson's reaction, in particular, to the controversy.

"It breaks my heart that Magic Johnson, a guy that I respect so much, wouldn't stand up and say, 'Well, let's get the facts. Let's get him and talk to him,'" Sterling says. "Nobody tried. Nobody!"

It is unclear when the most recent recording -- reportedly a taped phone call between Sterling and a "longtime friend" -- was made.

In the original recording posted by TMZ, Sterling was quoted as saying he wanted his associate V. Stiviano to remove an online photo of her with Johnson, saying it bothered him "a lot" that she was "associating with black people." Johnson subsequently spoke out against Sterling and was named as a potential buyer of the team.

On the new recording, Sterling bristles at the idea that he could be forced to sell the Clippers. As a lawyer, he says, it is his opinion that "you can't force someone to sell property in America."

those are new quotes from an interview and from a new recording clearly made far far more recent then the recording V released. what i never understood was in the immediate aftermath, why didn't he speak up? Seems pretty easy to release a statement or call a press conference and limit or not take any questions. maybe the lawyer in him decided it was best to be quiet?
