Yup, just cut back for some time. Don't bail out completely just yet (if at all).
I just did the same thing. Seemed like after working, taking care of kids, the house, the cars, etc.(normal life stuff), then adding to that, the tanks, I got burnt out.
Though I only had three running, I broke down the 75 and 29, moved/traded some fish, and concentrated on the 125.
This is my way of "cooling off". I still have everything in case I get "unburnt out" again, but it's nice to just sit and relax in front of the tank instead of working on them.
I also have a cat, bird, 4 snakes, and a turtle that require varying amounts of attention every day, so it can get hectic.
Taking down 2 tanks does not seem like much, but it relieves you of more than you realize until you do it.
Do what's best for you, but don't make a "snap" decision and regret it later.
Good luck, and if you do bail out all together on the tanks, that does not mean that you still can't stop by here to visit.
